I lost my keys to my car a few days ago and I needed to go to Home Depot to look for some furniture. I tried looking for it everywhere around the house, but it was nowhere to be found. I thought of contacting a locksmith to unlock my car while availing for a new key for my Mazda. I thought at first that their price was really affordable, so I availed them. They came in to my address, but was astounded by the hidden charges they asked me. I agreed since my errand was really urgent, so they went ahead and tried to unlock my car. The guy who came in was not very professional and was not answering all of my questions and inquiries. It was already more than 2 hours ever since I first called a locksmith from them, only to find out that they couldnt unlock my car.

IDK how they are rated over 3 stars. I called "Teamwork Locksmith". Website said $145 max. But the guy wanted to charge me $267 total. I mentioned the $145 from the website, he asked which company that was. I was a little confused on who he was if he didn't know his own company. He said they deal with many different companies. He agreed to lower the "car lockout" charge from $179 to the $145 but still charged the "office fee" of $29 and "trip fee" of $59. Took twice as long to arrive as they said when I first called.

Got locked out of my car . They told me over the phone that it would be $39 plus fees. Waited 2 hours in the sun for them to come, and they opened it less than a minute. Then they tell me the final price is $250. Excuses were "mileage and tools". They should've been upfront with the total cost, especially since there's dozens of 1 star reviews that say the exact same thing. Do NOT use these people.
